Shipping policy

Please note, effective 13th June 2025: We now have a minimum spend of £350.00 excluding taxes & shipping. 

We aim to dispatch all orders in 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, during busy periods this can be extended up to 7 working days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note, during certain times of the year, courier services are extremely busy which can delay orders, this is unfortunately outside our control, but we will always do our best to resolve any issues.

All orders are sent via tracked delivery, we use DPD Next working day or palletised shipping depending on the weight of your order, this will be confirmed in your order dispatch email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. This will vary depending on both the weight & volume of your order. Once you hit a certain threshold, only pallet delivery will be available due to the large weight/volume of your basket.

Please note that shipping is only within the UK.
